The Narendra Modi Government has not only revolutionized the working of the system but has, to a very large extent, influenced people’s wardrobe. The sale of some of the products has risen as people getting influenced with material choices of Khadi, Silk, and pure cotton which symbolize right thinking in India.

Nehru jackets are worn by almost every male minister and largely by our very own Prime Minister. They are made of Khadi/cotton which is comfortable and classy. Nehru jacket is easy to wear by all ages and is versatile in that it can be worn with a kurta or a shirt and pajamas or pants.
The women ministers and not far behind the male ones and have glamorized the Indian politics with their luscious saree choices. Silk sarees are traditional and are worn by women in politics through the ages and looks great on any body type. Silk sarees can be worn in any season but preferably they are worn during winters. Sushma Swaraj is seen keenly following the silk saree trend whereas Sonia Gandhi and Smriti Iran are assumed to have fond of Cotton suits and sarees. Shawls are also seen large in numbers in both Houses.
